As Office Manager of Elder Law Services of California, Marica coordinates and monitors all activities within the law firm. Marica is responsible for assigning goals and ensuring tasks are completed on time and in accordance with quality guidelines. Some of Marica’s tasks include overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, maintaining the office’s budget, interacting with vendors, and addressing human resource issues. In short, Marica is an integral part of the operations at Elder Law Services and has her hands in just about everything we do.
Marica was born in Tokyo, Japan and moved to the South Bay as a young child. She continued her Japanese language education at Gardena Buddhist Church Japanese Language School. She graduated from North High School in Torrance, CA and attended Californa State University, Los Angeles in East Los Angeles. Marica cites her time working at Elder Law Services for her interest in business and passion for human resources and client satisfaction.
During the summers, Marica returns to Japan to visit her family who lives in Saitama Prefecture. At the moment Marica is focused on giving back to her community by getting involved in various community-based organizations.
